The Walled Garden, Gosforth

Team Fusion were contracted in to support the completion of an 11 million project for our client All Saints Living. The development consisted of 14 four and five bedroom contemporary homes set across 2 Walled Gardens (North & South) Ideally located for access to the A1 and Newcastle City Centre

This was a sympathetic build taking into account the natural environment  situated in the grounds of Newcastle Racecourse incorporating Grass (sedum) and zinc roofs complementing local surrounding environment. 

The Walled gardens development was WINNER of Best Residential Development, Tyne & Wear at the UK Property Awards 2018-2019
